Scholarship Application

Requirements:

The deadline for applications is May 31. The following information is required:

Two (2) letters of reference (from someone not related to you).

A transcript of high school grades. If you have attended college, a transcript of college grades.

The applicant must take either the SAT or the ACT, scoring at least 1,000 points (old scoring) on the SAT or in the 16-21 (old scoring) range on the ACT.

A statement by the applicant of not more than 200 words, summarizing his/her activities, accomplishments, needs and objectives, which the applicant thinks qualifies him/her for the MOAA Scholarship.

This application is for high school ROTC students
accepted at an accredited college or university.
