About the Event The MOAA Santee-Wateree Chapter held its Oktoberfest and Officers Presentation Dinner Meeting at the Carolina Skies Club on October 22, 2009. The menu consisted of German food, including Gypsy schnitzle, knockwurst, German potato salad, asparagus and red cabbage. German beer provided refreshment with apple strudel and Black Forest cake for dessert. Entertainment was provided by DJ Sunny who played German melodies during the social hour and dinner. The slate of officers for 2010 was presented to the members. The German music, camaraderie and dancing gave the guests an entertaining and enjoyable evening.
